Additional Costs
Fees charged by third-party providers are not included in GLOW Japan's planning fee unless expressly stated otherwise.
Additional costs may include salons, spas, restaurants, transportation, accommodation, admission fees, tickets, shopping, guides, interpreters, drivers and other third-party services.

Payment Methods
Available payment methods and the amount due are provided with your payment instructions before you pay.
Payment Schedule
A planning deposit of 25% of the selected service fee is generally required before planning begins.
The remaining 75% is due before final delivery of your completed itinerary.
For bookings made close to the departure date, a different payment schedule or full payment in advance may be required.

Planning begins after GLOW Japan has accepted the client's request and confirmed receipt of the required initial payment.

Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on planning progress, services already provided, the applicable terms and applicable law.
